Before You Begin

You’ll need a user account to get started. This lets you create or join one or more organisation workspaces, where data and teams live.
Key Concepts:
User Account
Your personal login for Advise. A single user can belong to multiple organisation workspaces.
👉 No subscription is needed to create a user account or join a team.

Organisation Workspace
This is where your company’s data lives. Each workspace contains reports, dashboards, and team settings. When you create one, Advise sets up a secure environment in the background (this takes about a minute).
Team Seats
Each plan includes a number of team seats. You can invite others to join your organisation and assign roles like Owner, Admin, or Viewer based on their needs.

What to Do Now
Step 1: Create your user account. Signup
You’ll need this to join or start an organisation workspace.
- Sign up using your email and follow the Signup wizard
- If you’ve been invited to an existing workspace, you’ll see a notification with the option to join.
- If not, you’ll be guided to create a new organisation workspace.
Step 2: Once you’ve signed up, you’ll be prompted with an onboarding wizard.You’ll be guided to:
- Set up or join an organisation workspace
- (If creating) Add your organisation name and logo
- Configure billing info and choose your plan
Once you’re in, you’ll be ready to connect your data and build your first business monitor.
